"Paper Face" from my Origami experiments.

I'm a computer consultant doing mainly Delphi client-server applications. I've been coding since 1986 or so and I've tried to collect some of the "cool" stuff I've done on these pages - both programming and otherwise.

I'm a proud contributor to GLScene and a member of the Indy Core team.

I live in Stockholm, Sweden. If you want to contact me, I can be reached at mattias@hypeskeptic.com.

You can read more about me and my thoughts on my blog

An ALife program that I started in 2001 and never got around to releasing. I may update it someday, but I decided that it's fun to watch so I'm sending it out to the public. The documentation is very scant, but as I said, it's fun to watch...

Evolve interesting images using Neural Networks. GeneticArt is open source and free.

Web application that generates random texts that actually look quite good.

A Delphi implementation of NEAT (NeuroEvolution of Augmenting Topologies). DelphiNEAT is Open Source and free.

An conversion of a rigid body dynamics system for Delphi. ODE is Open Source and free.

A collection of my evolved hoppers and crawlers, combining DelphiODE with NEAT and Genetic Programming.

Modern 3D graphics cards can not only handle 2D textures, but also large 3D textures. This program allows you to specify a formula/expression that's evaluated to a 3D texture that is then rendered.

A tool for creating terrain texture maps. Image taken from a terrain demo using GLScene.

An open source version of a classic game; Mine Sweeper! Now in 3D...

Some films I evolved using a proprietary tool. You have to see it to understand it, but imagine a film looking like the picture below.

A simple game I created to test out an idea using ODE and GLScene.

I have one. Em... That's it.
